Chandigarh, July 3

Bholath MLA Sukhpal Khaira today questioned the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab for giving a “clean chit” to the Badals in the Bargari sacrilege case.

Khaira said Bhagwant Mann, when in Opposition, often claimed that Badals and Capt Amarinder Singh were hand in glove, particularly on the Bargari issue.

Referring to the final report by the SIT on sacrilege, which does not mention anything about the Badals, the Congress leader said, “Does it mean that you are also hand in glove with the Badals and are protecting them, the way you alleged Capt Amarinder did.”
