An important meeting of the Punjab BJP core committee was convened at the state office in Chandigarh to finalise the arrangements for the rally. The meeting was chaired by party state president Sunil Jakhar, with state working president Ashwani Sharma in attendance.

Participants unanimously agreed that Shah's address would provide an impetus to the BJP's objective of forming a government in Punjab in 2027. The rally, coinciding with the AAP government nearing four years in power (March 16), is positioned as a call for "change" (badlaav), with the tagline "Aao miljul ke badliye Punjab; sukhi rahe saada Punjab" (Let's unite to change Punjab; may Punjab remain prosperous).

The discussions centered on organizational strategy, the rally's structure, and the specific roles assigned to party workers. Detailed reviews were conducted on zone-wise preparations, expected public turnout, key issues to highlight, stage setup, and overall logistics.
