Clash: 10 Akali men booked

Ten Akali workers have been booked by the local Sadar police in connection with a clash between them and Congress workers at Jhanger village during the polling  on September 19.

The accused are Piara Singh, his son Ankhanpreet Singh, Harpreet Singh and Partap Singh, besides six other unidentified party workers. Complainant Manjit Singh alleged the accused attacked him when he was returning after casting his vote.
