Gurdaspur, May 21

A fake doctor allegedly carrying out illegal sex determination tests was arrested after a 36-hour operation, including a high speed four-hour car chase, that culminated in Ludhiana.

Gurdaspur Civil Surgeon Dr Kishen Chand planned the operation and was involved in the car chase. 

An ASHA worker acted as a decoy.
