Fazilka judicial officers plant saplings

Led by the District and Sessions Judge and District Legal Services Authority, Jatinder Kaur, over a dozen judicial officers today planted saplings under the ‘Plat4Mother’ campaign on the border road outside the Fazilka Judicial Court Complex.

The DLSA chairperson said under the plantation drive, the judicial officers and staff across the district planted saplings at various places with the aim to make people aware about the environment and to plant as many saplings as possible in the district. She said people are a part of the environment and human life would not be possible without it. She said everyone should plant as many trees as possible to protect themselves from the scorching summer heat. She said nature provided everything necessary for life.
