Chandigarh , December 5

Bathinda MP and ex-Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal was taken to the PGI Chandigarh late Saturday evening after she complained of breathlessness.

A PGI spokesperson said, “She is currently kept at an isolation room in the emergency ward. Her vitals are stable and she is being examined as per the COVID-19 protocols.”

An Akali Dal spokesperson said she had tested negative for COVID-19 in New Delhi earlier today. However, on way to Chandigarh she felt uneasy and breathless.
