Sidhu Moosewala murder case: One-day remand for Goldy Brar's brother-in-law

Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar’s brother-in-law Gurvinder Singh Gora, whose name has figured in the singer Sidhu Moosewala murder case, was today remanded in one-day police custody by a local court.

Gora was produced in the court of JMIC Meenakshi Mahajan in a case registered under the Arms Act by the Hoshiarpur police. In 2021, the case was registered against Gora and Naresh Kumar at the Model Town police station in Hoshiarpur.

Earlier, the police had obtained Gora’s two-day remand. He was taken by the CIA staff to Kharar for questioning in the Moosewala case. According to sources, Gora and gangster Lawrence Bishnoi were cross-examined and the police had obtained vital clues.
