IAS officer Balwinder Dhaliwal resigns; likely to contest Phagwara bypoll

PHAGWARA: IAS officer Balwinder Singh Dhaliwal, who was working as Director, Land Records, Jalandhar, resigned from his post on Monday.

IAS officer Balwinder Singh Dhaliwal, who was working as Director, Land Records, Jalandhar, resigned from his post on Monday.
 
Dhaliwal said that he had sent his resignation to the Chief Secretary. 
 
He is likely to contest in the Phagwara Assembly bypoll as the Congress candidate.
