For non-PMUY domestic users, the revised norms vary depending on the number of cylinders in the connection. Single-bottle consumers can now book a 14.2 kg cylinder after 25 days, while the gap for a 5 kg cylinder is 9 days and 18 days for a 10 kg cylinder.

For double-bottle (two-cylinder) connections, the interlocking period has been set at 35 days for 14.2 kg cylinders, 12 days for 5 kg cylinders, and 25 days for 10 kg cylinders.

Officials say the revised timelines aim to regulate consumption patterns and streamline LPG distribution.
