Ferozepur: Launching a campaign against litterbugs in Ferozepur, the district administration has proposed to install CCTV cameras near illegal dumping grounds to identify people who dispose of trash.

After visiting 10 illegal dumping zones on Sunday, the DC took up a broom near Makhu Gate and cleaned the area. He fixed the responsibility of locals around the dumping zones to keep tabs on offenders 

Deputy Commissioner Chander Gaind said to make the city clean and green, images of litterbugs would be made public and subsequently penalty would be imposed on them. OC
