MC workers’ protest continues in Mansa

Mansa, June 21

Garbage continued to pile up as sanitation workers’ strike entered second day on Tuesday. Addressing a dharna in front of the Municipal Council office, Safai Sevak Union president Praveen Kumar said though the government had promised to make all contractual employees permanent, it had not been yet done.

The Safai Sevak Union president said the protest would continue till the demands were accepted by the Municipal Council.
