AAP leader Narinder Singh Shergill has resigned as the chairperson of Punjab State Milk Producers Federation Limited (Milkfed).

His resignation has been accepted by the state government. An official order issued by the Department of Cooperation said the Punjab Governor had accepted his resignation.

Shergill has been a member of AAP since its early days in Punjab and was also the AAP candidate from Mohali in the 2017 Assembly elections and from the Anandpur Sahib Parliamentary seat in 2019.
