Mansa, August 2

A police team from Mansa has arrested a man from Rajasthan in the murder case of singer Sidhu Moosewala.

The police said Arshad Khan of Sardarshahr in Rajasthan had allegedly provided the SUV (Bolero) used by the shooters. The police brought the accused to Mansa and produced in a local court, which sent him on six-day remand.

As per police information, Arshad is a history-sheeter, who already has many criminal cases registered against him. He is also a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

SSP Gaurav Toora said, “We have arrested the man from Rajasthan. Arshad had provided the SUV to the shooters. He will be interrogated to get more information regarding the case.”

Meanwhile, sources in the Police Department said after getting vital inputs, a police team from Mansa had raided a house in Sawai Delana village of Rajasthan around a month and half ago, but returned empty-handed.
