ROPAR: One person was killed and two others were injured following a blast in a chlorine tank at PACL plant in Nangal.

One person was killed and two others were injured following a blast in a chlorine tank at PACL plant in Nangal.

Sources said the repair work of the chlorine gas tank was going on at the factory when the blast occurred around 1 pm.
