The Aam Aadmi Party onSunday announced 32-year-old Prof Tejpal Singh as its candidate from Ludhiana.

He holds a PhD on Jail management and a Master’s degree in police administration. He has been associated with the party since 2014. He is currently vice-president of AAP youth wing of the state. — TNS
