Official sources said the Chief Minister will present his government’s report card on improvements in school infrastructure, which have led to a migration of students from private schools to government schools. He is also expected to highlight initiatives such as the establishment of Schools of Excellence and the success of students from government schools in competitive examinations for engineering and medical courses.

Mann will also showcase his government’s efforts to revive old and defunct irrigation channels, resulting in increased use of canal water for irrigation. He is expected to highlight the successful procurement of paddy and wheat during the past year, measures being undertaken to promote crop diversification and interventions that have enabled the scientific management of crop residue, leading to a decline in farm-fire incidents.

On the healthcare front, the Chief Minister will speak about the launch of the Mukh Mantri Sehat Bima Yojana and the rise in the number of patients availing services at Aam Aadmi Clinics. He is also expected to highlight his government’s employment initiatives, including the recruitment of 67,000 youth to government jobs during its four years in office.
