The Division 7 Police have registered a case against six individuals, including a woman, for attempting to illegally seize a property in Kulliawal village, owned by Parminder Singh Bajwa.

The accused—Jaskiranjit Singh Gill, Sukhwinder Singh, Sunil Kumar, Kala Gujjar, Mahinder Kaur, and Amarpreet Singh—constructed a wall and shed around Bajwa’s property.

Bajwa reported the matter to the police, leading to a case under the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Investigating Officer Randhir Singh confirmed that the case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
