Sukhbir doing politics over dead: Sidhu

Local Bodies Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu today accused SAD chief Sukhbir Badal of playing politics over the dead.

Flaying him for pointing a finger at the Congress over the Amritsar grenade attack, Sidhu listed over 40 incidents, including terror attacks, the killing of Namdhari matriarch Chand Kaur and the firing at Sikh preacher Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale, which took place during the SAD-BJP rule.

“Sukhbir never took responsibility for the incidents that took place during his tenure,” Sidhu said, while handing over job letters to the relatives of nine firefighters, who died in a factory collapse last year. — TNS
