Youth found killed in Moga village

MOGA: A 22-year-old youth was allegedly found murdered at Sanghera village in the Dharamkot subdivision here on Saturday.

Moga, March 17

A 22-year-old youth was allegedly found murdered at Sanghera village in the Dharamkot subdivision here on Saturday.

Identified as Varinder Singh, he was missing for the past 10 days. His body was found in the wheat fields of Jarnail Singh, former sarpanch of Khambe village, on the outskirts of the village on Saturday.

The police have taken the body into custody and sent it for postmortem examination. There were no visible marks of fatal injury on the body.

Balvir Singh, father of the deceased, had alleged that his son was murdered by Kamalpreet Singh of Melak Akalian village.
