SC collegium recommends transfer of Justice Muralidhar to Punjab and Haryana HC

New Delhi, February 19

The Supreme Court collegium has recommended the transfer of three high court judges, according to a statement issued on Wednesday.

As per the recommendations, Delhi High Court Judge S Muralidhar will be shifted to the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

It has also suggested the transfer of Justice Ranjit V More of the Bombay High Court to the Meghalaya High Court and Justice Ravi Vijaykumar Malimath of the Karnataka High Court to the Uttarakhand High Court.

The government is expected to issue a formal notification regarding these transfers soon.
