Annual Sports Day was celebrated

The Annual Sports Day was celebrated at AKSIPS-45 Smart School, Chandigarh, transforming the school campus into a vibrant arena of energy, excitement, and sportsmanship. The programme commenced with the ceremonial welcome of the guests, Jasdeep Kalra (Executive Director, AKSIPS Group of Smart Schools), Dr Jasmine Kalra (Director, AKSIPS Group of Smart Schools), Sidhant Kalra (Associate Director, Administration, AKSIPS Group of Smart Schools), and Pamila Kaur (Principal, AKSIPS-45 Smart School), followed by the highlight of the day that was the impressive march past presented by students, showcasing discipline, coordination, and unity. A variety of track and field events (balloon dash race, little lifters race, broad jump, relay race, Surya Namaskar competition, etc), including fun games, and skill-based activities, were organised for students across different age groups. Special performances such as yoga displays, Zumba and cultural presentations added colour and charm to the event. Medals and certificates were awarded to the winners. The school proudly felicitated the coaches (football, cricket, skating and taekwondo) in recognition of their valuable contribution towards nurturing discipline, perseverance, and team spirit among young athletes. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all the organisers, teachers and students whose collective efforts ensured the grand success of the Annual Sports Day.
