The school organised a comprehensive drug awareness seminar aimed at educating students about the dangers of drug abuse and promoting a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. The seminar featured expert talks, interactive sessions, and student-led activities, emphasising the school’s commitment to holistic education and student well-being. The seminar commenced with an insightful presentation by a guest speaker specialising in substance abuse prevention, who discussed the physical, psychological, and social consequences of drugs. In addition to the seminar, students actively participated in creating informative banners and posters that highlighted the adverse effects of drug abuse. Director of the school JS Kaser addressed the gathering, emphasising the importance of such educational initiatives. He said, “Educating our students about the dangers of drug abuse is crucial in today’s society. Through awareness and knowledge, we empower them to make informed decisions and lead healthy lives.” Principal Shuchi Grover also shared her thoughts, highlighting the role of the school in shaping responsible individuals. She said, “At school, we believe in nurturing not just academic excellence but also the moral and ethical values of our students. This seminar is a step towards guiding them to make positive choices.”
