The school hosted a leadership development workshop for the teachers conducted by Mahesh Rawat, a corporate trainer with 15 years of experience in HR. The workshop focused on the essential traits of effective leadership, emphasising the balance of knowledge, skills, and values. Rawat, an ardent student of the Bhagavad Gita, discussed key leadership values, such as integrity, forgiveness, patience, supportiveness, and purity. Through engaging real-life examples, he demonstrated how these values play a critical role in shaping ethical leaders who inspire and guide others. Principal Inderpreet Kaur thanked Rawat for conducting an engaging session and providing teachers with practical insights into applying these values in their leadership approaches, leading to their personal and professional growth.
