Ludhiana, September 14

The Controller of Examinations, CBSE, Delhi, Dr Sanyam Bhardwaj, held discussion on “Online teaching and assessment strategies post Covid -19” in a virtual meeting with more than 500 Principals and teachers from Ludhiana and surrounding cities in a webinar organised by the LSSC.

Dr Bhardwaj said with the vision and planning of Sahodayas, the CBSE would ensure proper online teaching and assessment of students.

The director, Ludhiana Sahodaya Schools Complex (LSSC), DP Guleria, welcomed Dr Bhardwaj. Dr Paramjit Kaur, adviser, LSSC, and Principal, BCM Arya Model Shastri Nagar, introduced the topic and spoke about importance of students’ assessment.

Dr Bhardwaj appreciated teachers for adopting new methodologies and technologies for continuous teaching, learning process during the lockdown period. “We are not going to keep corona for life time. Every problem has a solution. The talented youth of India will surely develop a vaccine soon and make coronavirus a thing of past,” Dr Bhardwaj added.

Jaswinder Kaur Sidhhu, secretary LSSC presented a vote of thanks and acted as moderator for question- answer session wherein Dr Bhardwaj answered queries. — TNS
