To commemorate the success of Chandrayaan-3 mission, an NGO, ‘SPSTI’, organised a rocket making and launching workshop at the school to engage and inspire the youth of the nation towards space technology and its applications. An inter-school rocket making, rocket decoration, rocket naming, poster making, slogan writing and science, mathematics and art model/project competitions were held in which the students from the other Gurukuls, HOL Partner Schools and government schools, Ambala were invited to participate in the workshop as well as the competitions. The students designed and built their own model rockets, followed by a rocket decorating session where they added vibrant colours and space-themed designs. The climax was the rocket launching where the students watched their creations soar into sky. The prize distribution ceremony to honour the winners was organised on the day. Principal Sonali Sharma declared the results and appreciated the performance of the students.
