Christmas Wonderland celebration organised

Shishu Niketan Model Sr Sec School, Sec 22-D, Chandigarh, organised a vibrant Christmas Wonderland celebration for students and parents, creating a festive atmosphere filled with the warmth and joy of Christmas. The school campus was beautifully decorated with winter and Christmas-themed elements, setting the tone for the celebration. The programme featured melodious Christmas carols sung by students, which conveyed messages of peace, love, and joy. A meaningful depiction of the Birth of Jesus Christ was presented, helping students understand the true essence of Christmas and its spiritual significance. The celebration was further enriched by student presentations highlighting the importance of Christmas and the values it promotes, such as kindness, sharing, compassion, and unity. A special appearance by Santa Claus added excitement to the event, as he distributed sweets among the students, spreading cheer and happiness. A major highlight of the celebration was the face painting stall, which attracted enthusiasm and added colour and creativity to the festive atmosphere. The Christmas Wonderland celebration blended joy with learning and provided students with an opportunity to express creativity while understanding cultural and moral values.
