DC Model School, Panchkula, organised a farewell for students of Class X. The day commenced on a serene and spiritual note, with students and teachers coming together to recite the Sunderkand Path, filling the campus with positive energy and a sense of unity. Managing Director BB Gupta graced the occasion and inspired the students with his motivating words, emphasising the importance of perseverance, integrity and enthusiasm as they step into the next phase of their lives. The farewell programme formally began with a warm welcome address, followed by a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Aditya Sharma on behalf of Class X. The celebrations unfolded with a series of energetic dance performances, melodious songs and moments of joy and laughter. A PowerPoint presentation by the students beautifully expressed their gratitude for the love, care and guidance they received from the school, creating an emotional and touching atmosphere across the campus. The awards for outstanding students were also presented during the programme. The All-Rounder Student Award was bagged by Aditya and Sneha, while the Cream of the Crop title was shared by Anshika, Avantika, Vivek, Saurav, Triyansh, Kavyansh, Shivshankar, Ishita, Tanish and Ananya. The Most Dutiful and Humble Students award went to Aviraj and Simran, recognising their dedication and sincerity. Ridham was adjudged Mr Handsome, while Sneha was declared Miss Graceful. The farewell concluded on a high note with lively music and an energetic DJ session, leaving students, teachers and guests with lasting memories of a truly memorable and joyous occasion.
