Students of the school won medals in various sports competitions. Suhana and Disha of classes VIII and VII, respectively, clinched gold medal in and the Stepping Stones Open Taekwondo Championship held at Sector 56, Chandigarh. In wushu, Harshita and Kritika of classes V and VII, respectively, won gold medal at the district championship. In swimming, Tanvi won gold medals in both freestyle and breaststroke. In roller skating, Brahamjot won gold medal at the state-level competition.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
