The students of Class II at AKSIPS-45 Smart School, Chandigarh, enthusiastically participated in an engaging English speaking activity aimed at enhancing their questioning skills. The activity was thoughtfully designed to encourage students to frame meaningful questions, express their curiosity confidently, and improve their overall communication abilities. During the session, students took part in interactive pairs and group activities where they practiced asking and answering questions based on familiar topics from their daily lives. Through role-plays, picture prompts, and conversation circles, the young learners demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm and eagerness to participate. The primary motive of the activity was to develop critical thinking, boost confidence in spoken English, and help students understand the importance of asking relevant and clear questions in conversations. Teachers guided the students in using appropriate vocabulary, polite expressions, and correct sentence structures while interacting with their peers. The activity not only strengthened language proficiency but also encouraged teamwork, listening skills, and respectful dialogue among students. The event was a great success, leaving the students more confident, expressive, and motivated to communicate effectively in English.
