A student of Class IX of the school, Dipanshu Negi, saved two children from getting hurt due to Chinese kite thread. He himself got injured and got nine stitches in his hand but saved the life of kids. The school shared the incident with all students of the institute and discouraged them from using Chinese kite thread.
