The celebration began with the soulful ‘Mool Mantra’ recitation by tiny tots of the nursery wing, setting a spiritual tone for the day. The atmosphere became divine with the melodious ‘shabad kirtan’. A major highlight of the celebration was the turban-tying (dastaar) competition, where students from all four houses proudly presented different traditional styles — Patiala Shahi, Amritsari Pag, Wattan Wali Pag, and Gol Parna. Each participant displayed great skill and cultural pride. Patel House emerged as the overall winner among all four styles. The cultural segment included a heartfelt poem by Sukhraj, followed by a soulful recital by Japseerat. Principal Rajender Kumar addressed the gathering and shared the divine teachings of Guru Nanak Dev, inspiring students to live a life of honesty, humility, and service.
