The Parkash Purb of Guru Nanak Dev was celebrated in the school. ‘Kirtan’ and ‘katha vichar’ were performed by students and teachers. The whole environment was filled with religious fervour as students fervently chanted prayers and shabads invoking the divine presence. A lecture was delivered on the life history of Guru Nanak Dev. In the end, ‘karah parshad’ was distributed among students. Students went to the gurdwara to pay obeisance. The director, Jaswant Singh congratulated the students and staff on the occasion.
