The project was based on the mathematical concept of combination of solids and the global framework of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Using a variety of geometric shapes, students designed detailed layouts of buildings, roads, parks, and essential public facilities. Their models highlighted forward-thinking solutions such as clean energy usage, rainwater harvesting systems and efficient waste-management practices, reflecting a deep understanding of sustainability. This hands-on activity not only strengthened students' practical knowledge but also enhanced their teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills. It served as a wonderful example of how meaningful and innovative learning can take place beyond textbooks. The students proudly presented their models in front of the Principal, Poonamjit Kaur, who appreciated their hard work and imagination. She encouraged the students to continue exploring real-world issues through academic concepts and praised the project for fostering critical thinking and responsible citizenship.
