The event was inaugurated with the traditional lighting of the lamp by chief guest Rotary Club Mandi president Kaushalesh Kapoor, along with members Hem Raj, Anil Gupta, and Dr Jeevanand. The ceremony commenced with the singing of the national song and ‘Saraswati Vandana’, followed by a welcome dance presented by students. In his inspiring address, Principal Mr. S.K. Sharma motivated students to engage in social service, emphasising the Rotary motto, “Service Above Self.” A new Interact Club team for the session 2025–26 was installed, with Vanshika Thakur as president, Akshara Verma as secretary, and Ashish Kumar as treasurer. The new office-bearers took the oath of allegiance and service with a commitment to uphold the values of Rotary. Presenting the annual report, Head Girl Saayujya highlighted the club’s initiatives, including collecting Rs 1,65,000 for the disaster victims of Siyathi village, and organising activities such as World Environment Day, Literacy Day, cleanliness drives, and tree plantation programmes. In her address, newly elected president Vanshika Thakur pledged that the club would continue its efforts towards social welfare and environmental protection. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Interact Club member Ankit Kumar.
