Litera Heritage school celebrates annual day

Litera Heritage Senior Secondary School, Panchkula, had a gala celebration of its Annual Day, ‘Aagaaz’, with Political Secretary to the Chief Minister, Tarun Bhandari, as the chief guest. The programme began with the lighting of lamp and ‘Ganesh Vandana’. Students dressed in traditional costumes of various regions presented Rajasthani, Marathi, Himachali and Punjabi dances. The performances by the young students of kindergarten captivated everyone. Dance and plays based on themes such as ‘Dangers of mobile phones’, ‘Chhatrapati Shivaji’, ‘Guru Nishtha-Eklavya’, mime, and yoga kept the audience spellbound. The guests and parents thoroughly enjoyed the children’s performances. The school’s Chairman Narinder Singla praised the children’s talents and encouraged parents to support their children for a bright future.
