Under the esteemed guidance of Founders and Directors Dr Earnest Charles Samuel and Dr Annie Charles Samuel, and with the support of Principal Dr Praveena John Singh, the school successfully conducted a capacity building programme focused on learning outcomes and pedagogies. Organised in collaboration with Silver Zone and facilitated by Dr Nishi Phogat, the session offered valuable insights into effective teaching methods designed to equip students with conceptual understanding alongside essential motor and cognitive skills for holistic development. Dr Phogat emphasised the importance of aligning classroom strategies with clearly defined learning outcomes to ensure meaningful and measurable progress. She explained that pedagogy shapes how students absorb and apply knowledge, while learning outcomes help educators track achievement and skill development. Together, these form the pillars of effective education. Dr Singh highlighted the value of such workshops in expanding educators' instructional strategies to better prepare students for real-world challenges. The Founders added, "Professional development centred on pedagogy and learning outcomes fosters a reflective, progressive, and student-focused teaching culture, enabling our teachers to continually enhance their practice and deliver high-quality education."
