The school celebrated Independence Day. The day began with a flag-hoisting ceremony. Bhumika, a student of Class XII, delivered a welcome speech. The entire school’s ambience was filled with patriotic feeling that emanated from different cultural events, including patriotic songs, Manipuri dance, Bengali dance, Katputli dance, poems and speeches presented by students of classes III-XII. Manager Shashi Bathla reiterated the important role of the teaching community in nation building. Principal Seema Kataria emphasised the need of inculcating value and respect for Indian culture and tradition.
