The School Education Department has released a list of 335 students who will be awarded by Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh with Rs 5,100 each on August 15 for scoring more than 98 per cent marks in the Class XII exams of the Punjab School Education Board.

Among the 335 students, 11 are those who scored 100 per cent marks in Class XII. Among the 11 toppers with 100 per cent marks, nine are girls. Seven of these students belong to Faridkot district. Among the other four toppers, two each belong to Muktsar and Fazilka districts.

Besides the 11 toppers with 100 per cent marks, 12 students have scored 99.78 per cent marks, followed by 23 students with 99.56 per cent marks, 18 with 99.33 per cent marks, 16 with 99.11 per cent marks, 24 with 98.89 per cent marks, 45 with 98.67 per cent marks and 53 with 98.44 per cent marks.
