The school hosted an event “Glow Growers”, in which, through its youngest learners from Nursery and LKG, it appealed to the public to be conscientious citizens, ready to cherish and protect the planet for future generations. Themed ‘Seasons and Mother Earth: Preserving the Beauty of Our Planet’, the event conveyed a powerful message on environmental conservation through captivating performances. The young performers took the audience on a journey through the changing seasons, showcasing the impact of human actions on nature’s beauty and emphasising the collective responsibility to restore and protect the Earth. The chief guest of the event was Manisha Mohan, a postgraduate in media arts and science from MIT, who is also an alumna of the school. She said, “Parents should not compare kids with other children, not even siblings. Our children are competing with artificial intelligence, which has never happened before. In such circumstances, the role of teachers and parents is all the more important in making the children future-ready.” Provincial Superior Sister Arti and the school management presided over the event, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to holistic education and environmental responsibility. The programme concluded with an energetic ‘Punjabi Tadka of Bhangra’, celebrating Punjab’s vibrant culture and uniting the audience in joy.
