The school celebrated Lohri with immense joy and traditional fervour. The event brought together students, teachers, and staff to mark the occasion that signifies the end of winter and the harvesting of the rabi crops. The celebrations commenced with the lighting of the holy fire, a central and sacred part of the Lohri festival. The traditional bonfire was lit amidst an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and reverence. Teachers and students gathered around the fire, symbolising the spirit of unity and togetherness. Folk songs and traditional Punjabi music added to the festive mood. The rhythmic tunes resonated through the campus, spreading joy and cultural pride. Students actively participated in the celebration and teachers also contributed by sharing the historical and cultural importance of Lohri with the students, making it a meaningful learning experience. The event concluded on a delightful note, with everyone enjoying traditional festive treats like rewri, gajak, and peanuts, further enhancing the spirit of togetherness and festivity.
