The school hosted the ICSE Yoga Competition: Fostering Wellness and Unity. The ICSE Yoga Competition brings together participants from various ICSE-affiliated schools in the region, providing a platform for students to showcase their yoga skills and celebrate the benefits of this ancient practice. Participants displayed their proficiency in various yoga asanas and sequences, highlighting the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Distinguished yoga experts served as judges, evaluating participants’ performances based on technique, grace, and overall presentation. Trophies were awarded to winners in different categories. In the group event (both boys and girls), the first position was bagged by Saint Stephen’s School, the second position was bagged by Saupin’s School, Panchkula, and the third position was bagged by Saint Xavier’s, Chandigarh. In the artistic pair category, first position was bagged by Saint Stephen’s School, the second position was bagged by Saupin’s School, and the third position was bagged by Saint Xavier’s, Chandigarh. Principal Dr Raminder Pal Kaur gave all students best wishes and also heartily shared that yoga is not just a competition, it’s a lifelong practice that can enrich our lives in countless ways.
