SD Model Senior Secondary School celebrates annual day

SD Model Senior Secondary School, Karnal, celebrated its annual day with great enthusiasm. The theme "Utsav" highlighted the spirit of joy and cultural unity. The event was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries Akvinder Rana, representative of Manohar Lal khattar, and Sonal Bansal, Liberty Groups, who was the guest of honour. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp, followed by impressive cultural performances including dances, music, yoga displays and a short play. Students were also awarded for excellence in academics and co-curricular activities. The school president, Rahul Katyal, appreciated the students' efforts and encouraged them to preserve cultural values while striving for excellence and thanked parents for their unwavering support. The school secretary, Prateek Kathpalia, congratulated the school for the successful celebration and motivated students to continue working with dedication. Principal Amita Singh praised the students and staff for their hard work and highlighted the importance of the theme 'Utsav', saying that it is not only a celebration but acknowledgement of the remarkable progress and achievements of the students.
