To celebrate the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev, a special assembly was conducted at the school. All the four houses enthusiastically took part in the Inter-House Shabad Gayan Competition with the best of their melodious talent. The spiritual ambience of devotional ‘Shabad Gayan’ sparked a religious fervour on the school campus. Sahibzada Jujhar Singh Ji House performed marvellously and was crowned as the winner of the competition. The teachers apprised the students of the principles and teachings of Guru Nanak Dev. With bright eyes and eager hearts, the children of kindergarten block recited lines about Guru Nanak’s teachings. Bright and colourful cut-outs of candles were given them as takeaway for the day. The special assembly became a radiant tapestry of faith, symbolising the universal message of love and equality.
