Brookfield International School, Sidhwan Road, organised a special assembly for students of classes VI to VIII on the theme of tackling exam stress with confidence and positivity. Through various activities, students conveyed that hard work and discipline are the ultimate keys to success. The event commenced with inspiring words from Middle School Coordinator Deepu Malik, who advised students to adopt healthy habits such as eating nutritious food, getting adequate sleep, staying hydrated, and maintaining a positive mind set. An open discussion session was held to understand students’ perspectives and guide them toward a better lifestyle. Students shared the challenges they face during exams and suggested practical solutions to one another. The assembly was further energised by a beautiful Hindi poem and a motivational group song. To enhance concentration, demonstrations of ‘mindfulness’ and breathing exercises were also conducted. School president Manav Singla lauded the students’ efforts, stating that every obstacle can be overcome with discipline and self-confidence. He encouraged students to remain calm and determined. “If our habits are healthy and our intentions are strong, exams become a golden opportunity to showcase our abilities rather than a source of stress,” he added.
