Narsingh Das Public School, Taraori, students organised a rally against the rising drug menace during the Gita Jayanti celebrations. Virendra Singh, former Narcotics and Customs Officer, Kurukshetra, flagged off the rally. Students and teachers raised slogans against drug abuse and urged everyone to stay away from all forms of addiction. Chartered Accountant Mukul Mangala, Kurukshetra, and Yoga Institute Head Om Prakash were also present. Virendra Singh encouraged all the children and their families to fight drug menace. Om Prakash explained the importance of de-addiction through yoga. Teachers Ramesh Chaudhary, Dinesh, Kajal, Sharanjeet, Aman and Payal were also present. Director Dharmendra Kheda propose a vote of thanks and honoured the guests with mementos.
