A traffic-rule awareness campaign was conducted at St Soldier International Convent School, Mohali, in collaboration with Rotary Club of Mohali Midtown. The event commenced with a welcome speech followed by a welcome song and innovative activities. The chief guest Ranjeet Singh, President of the Rotary club, graced the occasion. SSP Traffic , Mohali, Jagjit Singh delivered a motivational speech, focusing on the value of discipline and time management. He urged the students to adhere the traffic rules for their safety. Apart from this, a sapling plantation drive was also launchedwith an aim to contribute to the ‘Green drive’ to fight against global warming and reducing its impact on climate change. The Eco Club of the school participated enthusiastically by planting saplings. They planted various saplings, including Ashoka, Neem, Belpatra, Saptparni, Kadamb etc. All saplings were planted in the school ground by students.
