World Health Day was celebrated during the morning assembly at the school. Yashashvi Arya, a student of Class X, delivered a speech highlighting the significance of Health Day and encouraged her fellow students to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The assembly also featured a theatrical performance that engagingly illustrated the importance of a balanced and nutritious diet. Furthermore, the students provided information regarding various medical systems by explaining the full form of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy) and conveyed a message urging everyone to remain conscious of their health. The school’s Chairperson Shashi Bansal, and Director Ankur Jindal, encouraged the students to consume a balanced diet and prioritise their well-being. Principal Dr Karuna Arora addressed the students, stating that a healthy body and a healthy mind are the keys to success in life. She encouraged the students to embrace a balanced diet and strive to stay fit. She urged the students to bring their tiffin meals strictly in accordance with the diet plan provided by the school — a unique feature of the institution. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks.
