The New Public School annual prize distribution held

The annual prize distribution ceremony of The New Public School, Chandigarh, for the academic session 2025-26 was held with enthusiasm, celebrating students' talent, dedication and sportsmanship displayed through various inter-house activities. The ceremony was graced by Principal Manish Hablani, along with coordinators Dr Sanjeev Kamal Sharma and Harpreet Kaur and members of the teaching staff. Based on the combined performance of the junior and senior houses-Vipasa & Beas, Chandrabhagha & Chenab, Airawati & Ravi and Sutuddri & Satluj-trophies were awarded across fourteen categories, including basketball, athletics, academics, literary activities, chess, dramatics, volleyball, football and creativity. The highest honour, the Himalayan Trophy, was presented for overall excellence. Ravi and Airawati House emerged as the winners of the Himalayan Trophy for the academic session 2025-26. The house council and teachers received the trophy on stage amid applause from students and staff. The ceremony concluded with an address by the Principal, who encouraged students to continue striving for excellence and to aim higher in all their endeavours.
