The school has taken a significant step towards enhancing skill-based education by introducing the Kaushal Bodh Skill Programme for students of classes VI, VII, and VIII. This initiative, launched under the guidance of the Central Board of Secondary Education, aims to equip students with practical knowledge and essential life skills. To ensure smooth implementation, a comprehensive meeting was conducted on April 7, wherein teachers were briefed about the programme. During the session, various projects under the Kaushal Bodh curriculum were introduced, and it was emphasised that these projects will be carried out consistently throughout the academic year. A well-structured and full-fledged plan was discussed by Principal Rani Poddar with all teachers, outlining the execution of activities and integration of skill-based learning into regular teaching practices. The initiative reflects the school’s commitment to holistic education and aligns with CBSE’s vision of preparing students for real-world challenges.
