The Preparatory Wing of Yadavindra Public School, Mohali, successfully wrapped up its week-long Athletic Meet 2025-26. Students from classes I to V participated in various track-and-field events, making the campus vibrant with energy and enthusiasm. The event was announced closed by the School Director Maj Gen TPS Waraich (VSM retd). The Best Athlete trophy, medal and certificate were awarded to top students from each class. The recipients included Gurshanveer Singh (Class I Boys, Aitchison House), Aavya Singla (Class I Girls, Aitchison House), Ismaeël (Class II Boys, Nalagarh House), Adhiraj Singh (Class III Boys, Tagore House), Amaira Bansal (Class III Girls, Tagore House), Vivaan Kulhari (Class IV Boys, Patiala House), Amreen Kaur (Class IV Girls, Tagore House), Akaal Singh Garcha (Class V Boys, Patiala House) and Arnaaz Kaur (Class V Girls, Aitchison House). The most promising athlete trophies were presented to Kavish Garg (Class I O, Ranjit House), Nimansh Gupta (Class III O, Nalagarh House) and Rehansh Kamboj (Class IV O, Nalagarh House). Patiala House claimed the Best House Trophy for its exceptional overall performance, marking a celebratory end to the sports meet and highlighting the spirit of participation, teamwork and healthy competition among the young athletes.
